Ice Scream pastel Halloween dress

Top is made of scuba stretch and is lined with a pink knit fabric.

Top layer of skirt is a rainbow mesh tulle with horse hair trim to make it puffy.  Bottom layer is lining.

Hand made dress. Turn around time 2-3 weeks.
